Service

Life has a way of shaking us up and giving us choices we don’t want.  This can leave us struggling to cope or not getting the very best life we deserve. Seeking counselling and using psychotherapy is an experience to help you understand and get the best out of life’s choices.

Support can range from a single session to multiple sessions over many years. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable to explore and talk through new ways to enrich your life.

You may be someone who has worked with professional mental health workers within or outside our brilliant NHS, someone who would like regular support to help navigate the world we all have to live in.

You may be someone who has been shaken up by an unwanted new experience, needing an open and non-judgemental space to explore new ways of seeing world.

You may be someone who feels something isn’t quite right or something is missing, preventing you from getting the very best out of your life.
